Why is the search function in SMS not working properly?

I was trying to find a quote for a Zoe Williams and when I search for Zoe, it comes up with nothing available.

I thought this searching was meant to get easier, not more difficult.

P.S. We shouldn't need to create a quote to be able to access drawings, this is a waste of time that can be better spent doing other things.
