Hey, just wondering when/if we'll be able to design class 1a sheds with a greater span than 9m? I've had 2 enquiries in a week with spans greater than 9m and the conversation required around getting the design re-engineered puts doubt in the clients mind, which makes the sale more difficult.

Why is the search function in SMS not working properly? I was trying to find a quote for a Zoe Williams and when I search for Zoe, it comes up with nothing available. I thought this searching was meant to get easier, not more difficult. P.S. We shouldn't need to create a quote to be able to access drawings, this is a waste of time that can be better spent doing other things.

When are we going to have H1 and H2 engineering for Carports? This is costing time and money to customers, when we are supposed to be the leader in the category, we are lagging well behind the other companies who do have this in their plans and don't need their customers to source external engineering for a slab plan. Some of our competitors even have engineering for Class P soil types in their plans. The sooner this is done, the sooner we can be more competitive again and make everyone more money.

It would be ideal to be able to quote carports with a higher clearance (3.5m +) to accomodate the growing demand we have for Caravan carports eg 3.5m w x 9m long x 3.8m High

When creating a kit home quote in estimating view you can not see the kit home name anywhere on the screen, you can not see it until the quote has been sent. Can we request for the name to be shown in estimating view so inbetween phone calls it is clear what quote you are working on.

Hi, Just wondering if anything further has come about with placing GSD's in the mezz floor height for second storey balconies.

Many people want to add balconies to a second story on a class 1a - at this stage there is a work around - but it still means you need to keep the sheeting on at the garaport sides and muck around to get design to work without a step down on the garaport. Is there any fix on the way for this also?

I usually send 3D renders to clients. However when showing open bays that will have bracing across them. The Bracing does not render.

The new Kit Home brochures don't have a plan with the window sizes like the old brochures did. It is the easiest upsell feature of the Kit Homes that we have, but if the new brochures don't include them, it makes it harder for us to sell them. I am talking at least the Weekender 50 and 60, they have a room size chart on the floor plan but not a window opening plan like it used to.
