Metroll do not cut short sheets under 600mm. I would like our BOM order to list the length that Metroll supply and a note on the BOM to tell the builder/customer that the sheet has to be cut.

For example; if a job requires 4 header sheets @ 300mm the BOM should have 2 @ 600mm.

All branches have confirmed that this is not an issue any more and they will cut the shorter sheets. If you have any problems with a branch please let support know.

Ashley Gale: Thank you, I haven't had any recent complaints so it seems to be all good out of Launceston at the moment.

I also like to add that it would be good to also include a flashing similar to XF24 to cap the cut edge because it is never going to be as neat as a cut from factory.

Ashley Gale: definitely still an issue mate, currently building a shed and sheets had to be cut in half to suit!!
