Can we please increase the screw lengths for the wall sheets on kit home to be 20mm. This is critical when installing insulation as it gives a bit more bite to the frame.

It would also be good to get wall screws for our sheds to be slightly longer, for the same reason when using air-cell insulation.

I thought for a kit homes you would get a better R rating using a woolen bat type insulation? What are you using?

Jeremy Wallace: We are using Kingspan insulbreak 70.

Hey Sam, currently we are using 10.16.16neo. I will need it signed off by engineering(shouldn't be an issue) then check Aerofast stock level.

Has there been any further update to this & also just to add, would be good to have longer wall screws for all of our sheds to allow for insulation, otherwise we have to supply separately. I dont think would add to much to the overall price and would make it easier for us?

Sam Didio: For sheds, I would suggest changing it in the BOM at ordering. It is not something you would want to change on all of your sheds without insulation and should change automatically when insulation is added (in SMS) to the walls.
